矿井采区煤仓的设计及施工

摘要: 针对陈四楼煤矿采区煤仓施工步骤繁多、工序复杂、工序不易衔接等问题,通过不断优化煤仓设计,总结施工经验,提出一整套包含采区煤仓的设计依据和设计流程,并从装载硐室、煤仓仓体、耐磨板安装、螺旋溜槽、给煤机安装等方面研究分析了采区煤仓施工技术,结果表明,采用垂直型、圆形设计、布置煤仓,不仅有利于采区煤炭的临时储存、中转运输,同时有利于采区煤仓的快速、高效施工,且煤仓的服务年限能够与采区服务年限相匹配。
